Middle Eastern Media have given almost all the credits to the German luxury car maker Audi since all the models it launched of late, has bagged great accolades. In addition to getting named as the ‘SUV of the year’ by the car Middle east magazine the Q5, a swashbuckling 5 seater car from Audi has also bagged the ‘ Best Compact SUV’ by Middle East Car.

Apart from getting adjudicated as the ‘Best Performance Car’ by Middle East car, Auto Sport has honored the novel Audi R8 V10 as the ‘ Most Popular Sports Car’.

On the similar lines, Audi R6 was held high as the ‘Best Sports Saloon’ by Wheels magazine. With the Audi Q7 taking honor as the ‘4x4 of the Year 2010’ by Saudi Auto magazine it was an out and out Audi show in the Middle East.

This achievement made the Audi Middle East MD Jeff Mannering speak swollen with pride for all the achievements that Audi has managed in the Middle East province. He said “ No doubt that it is excellent to get awards from reputed Car magazines hailing from Europe or Germany but it is the recognition from the Middle East that makes it big for us.” said.

For Q5, rendered by OFF Road Magazine and top-honors in the relevant categories for A4, R8 spyder and Q5 in the ‘ Best Cars of 2010’ readers poll and in the ‘ Auto motor und Sport’ magazine.
