The Ferrari 599 is headed for the automotive history books, but a new report is indicating the company could be gearing up to introduce a final special edition before the car's successor is unveiled sometime next year.
Citing various rumors floating around the internet, Autoblog is reporting Ferrari could be working on a lightweight Fernando Alonso special edition. Nothing is official, but Ferrari enthusiasts have apparently been informed the model will be launched in January and production will be limited to 40 units.
